We offer many professional and technical career tracks for our team members including Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and People and Talent Development.
Manufacturing / Operations
With six manufacturing sites in West Michigan and California, we offer opportunities for all skill levels in a range of disciplines that includes entry-level roles, skilled trades, Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Safety and Quality, Maintenance, and Operations Management.
Student Opportunities
Experience is as critical to growth and development as education. We’re proud to offer a variety of internship and summer work opportunities for aspiring professionals.
Summer Work Program — Our Summer Work Program allows students to gain manufacturing work experience. Manufacturing positions are offered to students 18 and older who are currently attending or enrolled in a college or university.
Internships — Our internship program offers hands-on experience in real and impactful projects that build professional and technical skills. It also helps you decide if this career path is right for you, making it ideal for college students.
Veteran Opportunities
We acknowledge the commitment you’ve made to this country, and recognize how your military experience provides exceptional knowledge and skills—both of which are directly transferable to civilian careers, and invaluable to our organization.
