Confectionery
The chocolate confectionery market continues to expand as consumers look for accessible and convenient ways to treat themselves. We are well equipped to support a variety of everyday and seasonal chocolate confectionery products including molded, layered and extruded bars as well as shapes. We can also enrobe or drizzle chocolate bars and a multitude of other product types.
Dry Blends, Frozen Dough, Glazes and Icing
We specialize in complex, custom dry mix applications, frozen dough, and glazes and icings for the baking and food service industries, and have two dedicated facilities that allow for high-speed, high-volume production as well as quick changeovers. Applications range from sweet baked goods to breading and batters to seasonings and frozen pizza. Our expertise lends itself to accelerated product development and commercialization timelines, along with the best-in-class technical support and customer service.
Frozen Meals, Sides and Sauces
We specialize in chef-driven, globally-inspired custom frozen meals for the retail grocery, food service, health care and airline industries. Our two facilities in Toronto, Ontario employ the latest technology and equipment to deliver industry-leading food safety and quality and a multitude of innovative products including single and multi-serve entrees, soup, dips, side-dishes, and sauces.
